Winona-Ryder

Winona Ryder, professionally Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her Winona in honor of her hometown. Her father Michel Horowitz and her mother Cynthia Palmer were authors and editors. Ryder's mother and father have both been Jewish. Ryder believes herself to be Jewish. Ryder is the youngest sister of Uria as well as half-siblings Jubal and Sunyata. When Ryder was seven, her family moved from Mendocino County, California. Mendocino County California. The family resided in an area without electric power. Ryder began to be a committed reading book because there was no television. Ryder started taking classes in acting at the American Conservatory Theatre in 1983 at the age of 12 years old. At the age of fifteen, she landed her first acting job on the screen in Lucas. Ryder experienced bullying at her high school. Her performing career, she thought, would help her. But it wasn't to come to happen. However, she continued to pursue her goals. Her breakthrough came in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in 1988. Ryder continued to play successful roles in several movies. She received nominations for two Academy Awards one for her part as a character in The Age of Innocence (1993).
