Donald Joseph Qualls - better known as DJ Qualls - is a actor, model and producer from the US. After achieving fame through his roles in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow the actor has appeared in more than 20 feature films, like The Core. In addition, he's appeared in over 22 shows, including Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls has been fighting Hodgkin's Lymphoma since he was 14 years old. After two years of treatment, the cancer is now in the process of remission. The treatment, however, in such a short time caused a significant impact on his body. It also slowed his development. Security in the financial realm was his primary goal once he got started since he'd experienced hardship throughout his life. The interviewer said that because that he was living in such a bleak way for such a long time I required financial stability to feel in control. Looking back at his own youth, he wants to change the course of the bullying issue. The cruelty of bullying breaks my heart, DJ says. The ideal character for him in films and in life is that of father. He admits that Directors don't want to cast him in these role. Someday he would love to have a child of his own in the future, when he could be able to spend much less time and energy to his profession and more to his child.
